Cancellations
From time to time, sessions may be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances. Where this applies, coaches will cancel the session on TeamUp.

Race Registrations
All race registrations via EntryBoss
- Self-graded allocations at time of registration does not guarantee allocation. They are used only as a guide when determining grades and numbers in accordance with the numbers permitted under the race permit.
- All race division will be held pending sufficient entries.
- Final Gradings are determined based on records of previous results, rider experience and feedback from officials.
