Cairns Cycling Club will be holding their 2108 Annual General Meeting on the 13th March 2018 at
- Venue : Cazaly’s Function Room
All office positions will be declared vacant on the night, as such all members wishing to put forward a nomination for a position, will need to do so on the evening so that voting can take place.
The positions that will be available for nomination are:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- General Committee member x 3
Your attendance is welcomed and encouraged. Please ensure punctuality to enable prompt establishment of a quorum for voting to commence.
Upon establishment of the 2018 committee a general meeting will be held immediately after.
